- Liability Management for Appraiser - This course will provide knowledge to recognize sources of appraiser liability and obtain general background information of liability issues, understand how compliance with USPAP and Supplemental standards can diminish liability, knowing when to avoid inappropriate employment agreements and learn how to develop appropriate engagement letters, and determine how to react and what to expect if you are sued.

These are the current requirements for renewing your Arizona Real Estate Appraiser license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.
- To renew your Real Estate Appraiser License in the state of Arizona, you are required to complete 28 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- Licensees are required to take 14 hours of the USPAP course every 4 years. Licensees may take the 7-hours USPAP course once for each edition.
- The USPAP course may be taken in the 2-year renewal cycle and counted towards the required 28 continuing education hours.
- Licensees must submit continuing education certificates of completion with renewal form. Licensees are encouraged to maintain a record of continuing education completion.
